Return Policy

 Right of Return 


The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons and without any charge beyond provisions. 

(Law 25251/1994 on Consumer Protection, Government Gazette 40 / Β / 17-01-2018 and Government Gazette 3519 / Β / 21-08-2018).

The deadline for withdrawal is 14 calendar days:

ü From the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the products or

ü From the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by him, different from the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the last product, in the case of many products ordered by the Customer with an order and delivered separately or

ü From the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by him, different from the carrier, acquires the natural possession of the last batch or the last piece, in case of delivery of a product consisting of several batches or several pieces or by day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by him, different from the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the first product, in case of contract of regular delivery of products within a specified period of time

 

Exercise of Right of Return

 Prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, the Customer shall inform the COMPANY of its decision to withdraw from the contract. To this end, the Customer may:

a) or use the Right of Return-Return Form template listed in the Downloads link, in which the customer can download, fill in and return signed to the COMPANY's email at eshop@newnaval.gr .

b) or make any other clear statement that shows his decision to withdraw from the contract (eg by sending an e-mail to eshop@newnaval.gr with name / surname, order number and date order received, explicitly stating the withdrawal from the transaction and return of the product). In order to secure the Customer, the COMPANY will immediately notify him of the relevant confirmation of receipt of his message.

The Customer then attaches the form (or a copy of the mail) together with the product he wishes to return in safe packaging and delivers it to a shipping company of his choice. It usually takes 3-5 working days from the return of the return for the COMPANY to process the returned products. Once the product inspection is completed (within 3-5 working days), the Customer will receive a relevant informative e-mail. The Customer is charged with the immediate cost of returning the products without prejudice to any special circumstances.

A necessary condition is that the returned product is in the condition received by the Customer, ie that it has not been damaged or damaged and that the special markings that it bears have not been removed. In case the product is returned damaged or incomplete, the COMPANY has the right to request compensation from the Customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the product and to make unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offsetting of this claim against the customer's.

Alternatively, the Customer has the opportunity to return the product himself to the COMPANY address (2km Lavriou-Souniou Ave., Lavrio Attikis or 44 Sophocleous, Piraeus).

The Customer bears the burden of proof of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal terminates the obligations of the Contracting Parties to perform the distance contract.

 

Money Back Due to Withdrawal


The COMPANY returns any payment received by the Customer including, as the case may be, the delivery costs, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The COMPANY makes the intended refund using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and on the condition that the Customer is not charged with expenses arising from the refund.

Unless the COMPANY has offered to pick up the products itself, the COMPANY may withhold the return of the price until it receives the products back.

 

Customer Obligations in Case of Withdrawal

 

Unless the COMPANY has offered to receive the goods itself, the Customer returns the products or transfers them to the COMPANY or to a person authorized by the COMPANY to receive the products, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day announced to the COMPANY his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met and if the Customer sends the products back before the expiration of the 14 calendar days deadline.

The Customer is charged with the immediate cost of returning the products without prejudice to any special circumstances.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products only as a result of the management of the products other than that which is necessary for the determination of the nature, the characteristics and the operation of the products.

 

Exceptions to the Right of Return

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

§ In the supply of products or in the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled by the COMPANY and which may occur within the time limit for withdrawal,

§ In the supply of products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized,

§ In the supply of products that can be altered,

§ In the supply of sealed products which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery,

§ In the supply of products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements,

. In the contracts in which the Customer has requested a special visit from the COMPANY in order to carry out urgent repairs or the execution of maintenance work. If, in the event of such a visit, the COMPANY provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the Customer or products other than the spare parts that must be used during maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or products.

 

Return of Defective Product / Product Replacement

 

In all cases in which the COMPANY delivers a product other than that of the order by type or quantity or is found to be defective upon delivery (DOA), the Customer has the right to request within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the incorrect product or from the delivery of the defective product:

§ To withdraw from the contract and return the product, requesting the refund, in accordance with the above or for the right of withdrawal or

. Replacing the product

In any case, the provisions of the Civil Code and the specific provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection apply.

In case the Customer wishes to withdraw from the contract of sale and the return of the product follows the following procedure:

1. Fill in the special return form (stating as many details as possible). The special form is in the special downloads link.

2. Install the return form together with the product you wish to return in a safe package. Note that the product to be returned must in any case be accompanied by the documents that accompanied it (eg DAT, Retail, etc.), be in the condition received by the Customer and its packaging be the one that normally accompanies the product (except in the case of a product whose packaging was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item).

3. Delivers the packaged product to the transport company ACS or Hellenic Post.

4. Contact us electronically at the e-mail of our company eshop@newnaval.gr in order to inform the COMPANY about the return.

It should be noted that in this case (defective product / incorrect shipment) the shipping costs (return costs) are borne by the COMPANY as long as the COMPANY return method is observed.

It usually takes 3-5 business days from the return of the return for the COMPANY to process the returned products. Once the control of the product is completed (within 3-5 working days), the Customer will receive a relevant informative e-mail where he will be informed about the results of the audit.

The refund will be made with the same payment method that the Customer used for his initial purchase within 10 working days from receiving the above mail. (For payments via PayPal, the payment on the Customer's credit card always depends on his Bank).

In any case, the Customer has the opportunity to return the product himself to the COMPANY address (2km Lavriou-Souniou Avenue, Lavrio Attikis or 44 Sophocleous, Piraeus) without this being mandatory.

In case of non-compliance with any of the above terms, the COMPANY reserves the right not to accept the return and the product will be returned to the Customer at the expense of shipping costs.

In case the Customer wishes to replace the product, he follows the following procedure:

1. Completes the special return form (stating in detail the (the) product (s) returned and the (s) product (s) he wishes to replace. The special form is located at the special downloads link.

2. Install the return form together with the product you wish to return in a safe package. Note that the product to be returned must in any case be accompanied by the documents that accompanied it (eg DAT, Retail, etc.), be in the condition received by the Customer and its packaging be the one that normally accompanies the product (except in the case of a product whose packaging was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item).

3. Delivers the packaged product to the transport company ACS or Hellenic Post.

4. Contact us electronically at the e-mail of our company eshop@newnaval.gr in order to inform the COMPANY about the return.

Shipping costs for both the return of the products to the COMPANY as well as for the return to the Customer of the product to be replaced are borne by the COMPANY.

In case of return of a defective product that is within the current factory warranty period, the RMA procedure is followed by the manufacturer.

 

 Product Change 

 

The Customer has the right to return the product received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another. The date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the transport company in the receipt, for the control of the deadline. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

In case the Customer wishes to change the product, he follows the following procedure:

1. Completes the special return form (stating in detail the (s) returned product (s) and the (s) product (s) he wishes to replace. The special form is located at the special downloads link.

2. Install the return form together with the product you wish to return in a safe package. It should be noted that the product to be returned must in any case be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail, etc.), be in the condition received by the Customer and the its packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product (except in the case of a product whose packaging was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item).

3. Sends the packaged product with a transport company of your choice.

Alternatively, the Customer has the opportunity to return the product himself to the COMPANY address (2km Lavriou-Souniou Ave., Lavrio Attikis or 44 Sofokleous Street, Piraeus) and to receive the new product of his choice.

In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the Customer. This means:

a) They should not be damaged and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product

b) To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly, cards and distinctive labels, etc.)

c) To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, the Customer is free to send it back to the COMPANY for replacement. Otherwise, the COMPANY reserves the right not to accept the return.

By receiving the product, the COMPANY checks if the above conditions are met. If they are met, the COMPANY sends the new product to the Customer.

It is clarified that the changes are always made at the initial purchase price of the product. If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified to proceed with a new payment procedure (to pay the difference. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then the COMPANY will credit the difference to the Customer .
