Creating a User Account / Connecting with a User Account
Before starting the product search, you can go to the Register icon in the home menu and proceed to Register by entering your personal information if you are a new user.
If you are already a registered customer (hereinafter the Customer) click on the Login icon in order to connect to your already registered details and start your purchases.
Search for products that interest you through the search bar or by selecting from the various thematic categories. When you find the desired product, click on it to enter the page with its detailed description from which you will be informed about its availability. The listed price of each product is always the final one (including VAT) while shipping costs are not included. Each product mentions, in as much detail as possible, its special or technical characteristics, which you must check before completing your order, so that you do not have any doubts about the characteristics and properties of the products. At any stage of your order, you can be informed about the special features of the products but also about information about the execution of your order by contacting +30 210 428 4010 during working days between 09: 00-18: 00. If you have any doubts about the products you have chosen, it is advisable not to proceed with the final stage of completing your order. Your failure to be adequately informed is not the responsibility of the COMPANY but is your sole responsibility.
Click on the "Add to Basket" link that appears below the price of the product and this will be added to your online "Basket". A notification will immediately appear to add to the Product Basket at the top right of the page.
View Shopping Cart
By clicking on the "Shopping Cart" you have the opportunity to showcase the choices you have made so far.
By clicking on the "Purchase" link you have the opportunity to go directly to your "Shopping Cart" to proceed with the completion of your order.
By clicking on the "Shopping Cart" and then in the "Basket Show" you can delete one or more products by clicking on X, to the left of the image or change the quantity in a product, if there are more pieces available. In case there are no more pieces available, you will not be able to add more. After making your changes, you can click the "Basket Update" button to see the new final amount.
When you have completed the addition of products to your "Basket" click on the "Purchase" link which is below the list of products you have in your "Basket" and you will go to a secure connection where you will be asked to set a shipping (for orders of products that are over 20kg, either individually or combined in weight, the the company will contact you in order to discuss shipping method and costs before finilasing your order) and payment method and you will detailed payment instructions are given. Alternatively, you can click on the "Continue Browsing" link to continue your shopping.
Having pressed the Buy button, you will go to the tab where you will enter the pricing details.
In the Data Feed, you will need to fill in the details of the person or company to which you wish to issue the relevant document, as well as to include Special Notes for the execution or delivery of your order.
Subsequent lack of availability
The COMPANY reserves the right to inform its customers in case of a late (after the submission of an order by the customer) or non-availability for the possible delivery time. In this case, if the delay is deemed to make the transaction unreasonable for the customer, the customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written statement (using either the Return form or by emailing to email@example.com directly.
If the non-availability concerns only part of the ordered items, the rest of the order is normally executed, unless the items in the order have relevance, will be used as a whole and have a follow-up character, if the Customer declares in writing (using the Return Form or by sending a relevant written statement to firstname.lastname@example.org) that the partial fulfillment of the order does not serve the his needs or interests, in which the COMPANY must cancel the entire order.
Account Creation / Account Connection / Purchase as a Visitor
In the process of completing your order, in case you have not already created an account you can create one by selecting the Registration icon and entering the required information and password which you will use from now on for your next orders.
If you already have an account, you can log in using the Customer link (Login).
In any case, you can proceed and complete your purchase as a Visitor by entering the necessary shipping and invoicing information that will relate exclusively to the specific order.
Choice of Payment Method
To complete your order you have the option to choose payment via Bank Deposit, Receipt from the Piraeus or Lavrio Offices, Purchase with PayPal Express, payment by credit or debit card, payment by COD (only for Greece).
Order Confirmation / Registration
Below and to the right you can see your order in detail, proceeding to a final confirmation of the correctness of your choices.
Once you have completed the above procedures, you will need to press the Buy button to connect to the ordering system of the COMPANY.

You can alternatively place your order by phone at +30 210 428 4010 on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
