Cancellation of Order by Consumer
Order cancellation after its submission by consumer is accepted only if the product has not been invoiced and has not been released for shipment to the Delivery Agent. The cancellation is requested by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by calling +30 210 428 4010 as soon as possible. For the cancellation process, you must state the number of your order which is indicated in the confirmation mail sent to you. Our company will not consider an order cancelled if we do not receive a relevant confirmation in any of the ways mentioned above. In case your order has been invoiced and has been delivered to the delivery agent, please follow the procedure stated in the “Return Policy” section.
